Ingredients
- 5 Bitter Gourd(karela)
- 1 Big Onion
- 2 Tomatoes
- 1TSP Chilli Powder
- Salt to Taste
- Mustard Seeds
- Oil
- Corriander Leaves
- Cut the bitter gourd, onions and tomatoes into fine pieces.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Put mustard seeds in the oil and once it splits up, put the onion and karela pieces .
- Fry till it gets half cooked.
- Then add tomatoes, chilli powder and salt and close pan with the lid.
- Once it's done garnish with Corriander Leaves and serve.
