Ingredients
- Black Pepper 10 nos
- Jeera 1 teaspoon
- Red Chillies 3 nos
- Garlic 10 pieces
- Coconut Powder 1 teaspoon
- Salt
- Curry leaves for Seasoning
- Mustard seeds little
- Tamarind 1 Teaspoon
- Jaggery 1 Teaspoon
- Grind Black pepper, Jeera, Red chillies, Coconut, & 2-3 pieces of Garlic and make into fine paste.
- Fry remaining Garlic & add the Paste you prepared
- Add Tamarind, Jaggery & Water to the fried Masala
- Boil the content for about 15 min
- Finally garnish with coriander leaves.
