Ingredients
- 1 small cabbage finely chopped
- 4 green chillies chopped
- 2 cup gram flour
- 1 cup rice flour
- 1 small bunch coriander leaves finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 6 teaspoon salt (adjust the amount according to taste)
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 teaspoon chilli powder
- 1/4 teaspoon asafoetida
Method
- Mix the above ingredients with enough water to a thick batter. Heat oil.
- With a small rounded spoon drop the batter in the hot oil and deep fry under medium heat until golden brown.
