Ingredients
- 1kg mashed potatoes
- Til-1 table spoonful
- Poppy Seeds-11/2tsp.
- A stick of cinnamon.
- Lime Juice-1tsp.
- 1 clove powdered
- 1 tablespoonfull green chilli paste
- 1 table spoonful sugar
- 1 table spoonful salt
- Ginger, small piece finely chopped
- Coriander leaves chopped
- Bread crumbs
- Oil for frying
- Grated coconut-3tsp.
- Cheese powder-200gm.
- Knead all the ingredients well, except for bread crumbs and cheese. Keep them aside for a while.
- Divide dough into equal portions, and form into large balls.
- Keep aside. Kneed cheese powder, stuff into potato balls.
- Roll balls in bread crumbs, and fry till golden brown.
