Ingredients
- 1/2 kg carrots-grated
- 3 cups milk
- 1/4 kg sugar
- 2 cardamoms-crushed
- 200 gm mawa
- 75 gm Cheese-grated
- 2 tbsp ghee
- Silver foil
- Few pistachios chopped
Method
- Boil milk.
- Add thegrated carrots, sugar, Khoya and crushed cardamoms and cook on slow fire.
- Cook till the mixture leaves the sides.
- Add cheese and ghee.
- Cook for 3 minutes.
- Garnish with silver foil and few chopped pistachios.
