Ingredients
- 75 gms Plain chocolate
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 750 ml Milk
- 1 tsp Peppermint Essence
- 8 tbsp Ice-Cream
Method
- Grate the chocolate into a pan.
- Add sugar and 150 ml of milk.
- Heat gently, stir all the time until the sugar and chocolate melts.
- Remove from heat.
- Then add the rest of milk and also add the peppermint essence.
- Stir and pour into a jug.
- Chill
Serve with ice-cream.
