Ingredients
- 1 cup moong dal
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup ghee
- 2 cups thick milk
- 1 big spoon besan
- 1 cup water
- Almonds
- Cardamom powder
- Cashews
- Soak dal for 4-5 hours and then grind it well.
- Make a syrup of sugar and water. Add saffron flakes to it.
- Heat ghee in a heavy saucepan and add dal paste.
- Add Gram Flour
- Fry till ghee separates
- Add thick milk. When it dries up add sugar syrup little by little.
- When it dries up add cardamom powder, cashews and almonds.
