Ingredients
- 4 idlis quartered
- 3 teaspoon ghee
- 2 teaspoon idli podi
- Heat the kadai.
- Pour the ghee in.
- Put the idli pieces and the idli podi and stir them for about 2-3 mins.
- Remove from fire.
- Place them on a large plate and insert a tooth pick on each piece of Idli.
