Grilled Cheese Sandwiches
Recipe Ingredients
- Bread slices-6
- A cup finely cut vegetables-carrot, onions, tomatoes, beans
- A cupful of grated cheese
- 2 green chillies
- Salt
- Take a kadai and just saute the vegetables with little oil. To this add the green chillies finely cut and salt. Fry for 1 minute.
- Take each slice and spread the vegetable mixture on top. On top of it add the grated cheese. Spread it fully in the shape of the bread.
- Preheat the oven on medium temperature and place this sandwich on the upper grill.
- When the cheese melts, remove from the grill.
