Ingredients
- Jaggery 100 gms
- Ginger 10 gms
- Pepper powder 2 teaspoons
- 4 to 5 teaspoonful lemon juice
- A pinch of salt
- Add jaggery to 4 cups of water and stir continuously to make it dissolve.
- Crush ginger, add it to this water, add pepper, lemon juice and salt.
- Then filter this to remove ginger pieces etc.
