Kadagu Puli
Recipe Ingredients
- Raw Cucumber - 1
- Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp
- Grated Fresh Coconut - 1 Cup
- Green or Red Chillies - 4
- Coriander Leaves - Fistful
- Turmeric - A pinch
- Jaggery - To Taste
- Tamarind Pulp - 4 tsps
- Cut open the Cucumber and remove the seeds.Cut the Cucumber into very small pieces.
- Grind the mustard seeds, grated coconut, chillies, coriander leaves, turmeric, jaggery and tamarind pulp into a paste.
- Mix the cut Cucumber into the ground paste.
- Add salt to taste.
- Garnish with a tsp of mustard seeds, curry leaves and red chillies.
