Ingredients
- 1 tbsp. corn flour
- 1/2 kg. beaten curds
- 1 tin condensed milk
- 1/4 tsp. saffron (heated & powdered)
- 2 tbsp. hot water
- 1/4 tsp. yellow food colour
- 50 gm. finely cut or coarsely chopped cashew nuts
- Mix corn flour to a smooth paste in 1/4 cup water.
- Mix heated saffron powder & colour in hot water.
- Beat curds & mix with condensed milk & cook till it starts boiling.
- Remove from the fire & add corn flour & return to heat, stir & cook till thick.
- Mix in saffron, pour into a bowl & chill.
- Sprinkle cashew nuts on top.
