Ingredients
- Chana Dal - 1 cup
- Green Chillies - 3
- Small Onion - 1
- Ginger
- Coriander (Cilantro)
- Salt
- Soak Chana Dal in water for an hour.
- Grind it in mixer along with green chillies and ginger to a coarse consistency. (Do not grind too fine)
- Cut onion and coriander into small pieces and add to the mix, along with salt.
- Shape the mix to flat, circular vada shape and deep fry in oil.
