Ingredients
- 1/2 pound cauliflower florets
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 cups pasta (cooked and drained)
- 1 cup milk
- 2 slices of cheese
- salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp butter
- Fry onion in a 1 tbsp butter until translucent. Keep aside.
- Fry cauliflower in remaining butter, until soft.
- When cooled, grind onion and cauliflower (coarsely) in a little milk.
- Add salt, pepper, cheese and remaining milk to this mixture and simmer.
- Add boiled pasta to this cook for another 5 minutes.
