Ingredients
- 1 cup gram flour
- 4 slice bread
- Green chutney
- Tomato ketchup
- 2tbs whipping cream
- Half tsp cane sugar
- Salt
- 2 pinch turmeric
- Oil for deep frying
- Add water in gram flour and make batter of dosa consistency, add salt and turmeric in the batter.
- Add sugar in cream, mix well and keep aside.
- Take one slice of bread and spread chutney over it and cover it with the second slice of bread.
- Spread cream on top of the second slice and cover it with the third slice.
- Spread tomato ketchup on top of third slice and cover it with the fourth slice.
- Dip these slices in the batter of gram flour and deep fry in oil.
- Cut the sandwich diagonally.
