Ingredients
- 1 cup Sooji
- 1 cup Ricotta Cheese
- 1 cup Sugar
- Cardomom powder
- Raisins
- Pistachios
- In a saucepan, add a little butter and stir ricotta cheese for 5-7 minutes, till it becomes dry.
- Remove from heat and mix well with Sooji.
- Cook this mixture in a covered vessel in pressure cooker for 12-15 minutes / 3 whistles.
- Remove when the pressure is released, add powdered sugar, cardomom and roll ladoo.
- Decorate while rolling with raisins and pistachios.
