Ingredients
- Peas - 1 packet
- For Seasoning
- 10-12 Cashews
- 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
- 1/2 tsp Cumin
- Curry leaves
- 1/4 th tsp turmeric
- 2 tsp cooking oil.
- For Grinding
- 1/2 cup Sesame
- 4-5 Red chilly pods
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1 tsp rice flour
- 1/2 cup water.
Method
- In a pan heat 2 tsp cooking oil.
- Add the seasonings.
- When the seeds pop add the peas and fry for a few minutes.
- Now, add 2 cups of water and bring to boil.
- Once the peas are tender add the ground paste. Add salt to taste. Bring to boil.
- Top with 1 tsp Ghee.
