Shrikhand
Recipe Ingredients
- Milk - 3 litres.
- Pista - 10.
- Badam - 5.
- Cardamom - 10.
- Saffron - few strands.
Cooking Method
- Boil the milk in a cooker.
- Set the curd.
- Then cover the table with paper and cloth and spread the curd evenly.
- After an hour remove the thick formation and add 1 3/4 cup sugar.
- Take the shreekand and a little sugar in a strainer and strain and collect all the Shreekand in this way.
- Powder the cardamoms.
- Cut badam and pista into small pieces and add.
- Heat saffron strands in one tbsp milk and add it to the above mixture.
