Ingredients
- Channa Dal - 1 Glass
- Grated Dry Coconut - 1 Glass
- Red Chillies - 1/4 Glass
- Tamarind - Size of a lime
- Salt
- Sugar - A spoon
- Mustard - 1 Table Spoon
- Coriander Seeds - 1 Table Spoon
- White Til - 1 Table Spoon
- Dry fry all the above ingredient each one separately.
- First powder the Mustard, White Til and Coriander Seeds and to this add the sugar, salt, tamarind dry coconut and Channa Dal which was fried to a golden colour.
