Spicy Dosa
Recipe Ingredients
- Raw rice-2 cups
- Toor dal - 1/2 cup
- Dried red chillies -5-7
- Oil-2tbsp
- Mustard-1 tsp
- Asafetida
- Onion
- Curry leaves
- Salt
- Soak rice and dal separately for two hours
- Then grind rice with red chillies and the dal separately
- Now mix both the batter together, it can be of thin consistency
- Heat oil in kadai, add mustard seeds, finely chopped onion; fry well), curry leaves, asafetida
- Pour the seasoning to the rice, dhal batter, add salt to taste
- Heat the tava, and pour the batter from outer edge to middle of the tava, wait until it is cooked well and becomes golden colour add oil around
