Vepdu
Recipe Ingredients
- Potatoes 4 medium sized
- Red chilli powder 2 tea spoon
- Salt to taste
- Mustard and cumin seeds
- Peel potatoes and cut them into medium sized cubes.
- Take some oil in a pan and heat it.
- When it is quite hot, put mustard and cumin seeds and also the potato cubes.
- Keep on stirring without reducing the heat.
- When potatoes are half fried put salt and chilli powder and reduce the heat and cook for some 3 minutes.
