Walnut Pudding
Recipe Ingredients
- 150gms. walnuts
- 3 eggs
- 250 gms. bread
- 3/4 glass sugar
- 1 1/2 glass milk
- 100 gms. butter
- Breadcrumbs
Cooking Method
- Soak bread in milk. Grind walnuts into paste.
- Beat egg yolks with sugar and add walnut paste and bread soaked in milk together with melted butter.
- Mix all the ingredients well.
- Whisk eggwhites,fold them into the mixture.
- Butter a baking dish and sprinkle it with breadcrumbs, then pour mixture into it and bake in a moderate oven for 30 to 40 minutes.
